Pest Control

Living in Florida, it is inevitable that at one time or another that ants, roaches, spiders and other pests will invade your yard and your home. The most effective way to protect your home from unwanted insects is to have a comprehensive pest control program set in place.

We focus our control efforts on where the bugs come from…the outside of your home. We offer a safe, environment & pet friendly prevention program to stop the pests before they enter your home. It is recommended that residential & commercial properties be serviced quarterly. Commercial properties that provide food service would need to be treated monthly. We offer a full, detailed inspection of the property, where we will note any openings where pests could enter the structure, along with treatment of the pests.

Regular Service includes:

  • Spider web removal (webs within reach) around accessible eaves, doors and lanais on the exterior
  • Complete exterior treatment targeting the foundation, all windows, doors, soffits, utility lines entering the home, flower beds, edges of walkways and driveways and porches, lanais
  • Strategic placement of baits and insecticides around the perimeter, mulch beds and landscaped areas adjacent to the foundation

Initial Service also includes:

  • Complete interior treatment, including attic and crawl space, targeting windows, doorways, under appliances and plumbing lines
  • Strategic placement of baits on the interior, as needed
  • Spider web removal (webs within reach) in the garage
  • We only apply products on the interior of your home on the initial visit and on regular visits as needed or requested

If pest problems should arise before our regularly scheduled quarterly service, simply give us a call and we will schedule a technician out at no additional charge. Our pest control program is the perfect solution for keeping your property pest/insect free and creating a healthier living environment for your family and pets.
